2008 Range Rover Sport TDV6 S Zambezi Silver
Got it !!!

Been prowling around on here for a week now................Picked up my Sport today and love it, I think we may have a good relationship, it's very similar to the D3 we had last year but seems a little more sprightly, which could be down to it being lighter ??? (2.7 engine) visibility is brilliant, only downside is it rained all the way back from Matfords Crying or Very sad

Welcome Thumbs Up

Don't want to burst the perceived sprightliness of your new baby.......BUT

The 2.7 TDV6 is actually slower in the RRS than the D3 Crying or Very sad ..........its not lighter by any stretch of the imagination:

2.46 tonnes for the D3
2.58 tonnes for the RRS

Dependant on your intentions, don't get hooked into too many races with cars......the 2.7 is no athlete. L322 Big Daddy SUPERCHARGED 5.0 Autobiography - Here & Now!

But hope you enjoy your new toy

Do not agree with the above to be honest, I had a D3 and went to a 2.7 RRS and the RRS seems quicker off the mark, had a discovery the other week while mine was in the garage and the discover again just didn't seem to be as quick as the RRS 2017 Range Rover Sport Autobiography

Pure perception and illusion..........

D3 - 0-60 in 11.2sec
RRS- 0-60 mph: 11.9 Seconds

2.7 variant.

The balance has been corrected however with the 3.0 TDV6 with the RRS being 0.2 secs quicker than the D4 at 8.8 secs. The 2.7 was the slug of the bunch and Defenderesque in today's terms. L322 Big Daddy SUPERCHARGED 5.0 Autobiography - Here & Now!

Ha Ha Bloody Ha.......................

Three gazzilion horsepower are really usefull sat in traffic, been on the power trip with the XF with the Tdv6 3.0 in it for 12 months, fantastic concept but pants reliability, 10 recoveries in that short time ! due to engine based issues every time, if I want speed I jump on my ZX12R, if I want Defender esque performance I jump in my Td5 110....

Where did you find that piccie of me ????????

Same bike different person, I'm only 17 stone Embarassed Embarassed Embarassed you even got the colour right

The Jag experience Censored Censored Censored Censored every problem landed on deaf ears, mind you had the same with Matford at first until the morning I turned up with a D2 that they had allegedly fixed and told them what I thought in front of 6 other customers, who then realised I was talking sense and joined in ! I hate being talked to like I know nothing.

New motor is ace took it to Plymouth last night, getting good mileage using the command shift on a run and best progress to mpg is 76 mph and 32mpg on the screen so probably 30mpg.

The 110 is my baby, all black station wagon with black windows, G4 rack, internal roll , 3" lift, 34" tyres on mach 5's, winches etc, etc.
