United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Bonatti Grey
RRS 06 TDV6 HSE - Bonnetti Grey (Supercharger Spec)

Having thought long and hard about continued ownership of our beloved RRS the time has come to invest the money in a rennovation project (House - Buy to let if we can't sell it when it's done up)

Below are the features/spec...

- HSE 2.7 TDV6
- Bonnetti Grey
- Supercharger grille and side vents
- 20" Supercharger alloy wheels and Continental Sport Contact Tyres
- Heated leather front + rear
- Upgraded sound system
- Rear DVD screen (roof mounted) with DVD player in front upper glove box
- 11 month's MOT + 3 month's tax
- 96k miles
- Full Landrover Service History

The car was purchased by me almost 12 months ago from a family member, he had it in his business name and then his wife's name (hence having 4 previous owners) Although I love the car to smitherines, I can't justify the cash being tied up in our car when we could be paying off our mortgage etc (we're only 25+26 with a 18 month old boy)

We are looking to get £21,000 back for the car via a private sale.

I have no way of uploading pictures at the moment however I can email photos from my email address if you send me an email (mmpmo@hotmail.co.uk)

Thanks for looking Thumbs Up From P reg Astra to 06 RRS HSE - 60 second makeover? Smile

I don't know the UK market very well anymore but with 96k on the clock, I think you are being a little optimistic with your price expectations. Remember, whomever buys it, unless they want to run it for a long time, will also have to explain away 4 registered owners to any future purchaser.

I think you would be better off hanging on to it since you don't really have 21,500 tied up in it if its only worth 15k.

If you love it, keep it.

There's a 2006 with the same mileage in a garage near me for £18,500. I suspect you'd be less than that for a private sale.

Give me the number Eddie, I'd have bought that buy now...

Probs a standard spec with no toys and a tow bar or something

Anyways, thanks for your 'input' but as the post states... my car is potentially 'FOR SALE'

If I wanted pricing advice I'd have asked for it... From P reg Astra to 06 RRS HSE - 60 second makeover? Smile

There certainly are lots of options from dealers at £20k (non-private), e.g. this tidy example:
http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/adv...?logcode=p

You'd probably need to price it to sell. Not sure what it would go for, but I note that at £18k most examples are 2005 and/or 19" wheels, so people would pay extra for the 06 and the 20" I would expect. So asking around £19k would seem right, hoping to settle above £18k. That's my guess. But just a guess. A car's worth what someone will pay for it! Especially if someone wants the right spec combination. I remember paying almost 10% over the odds for an XJR because the colours, spec & condition were simply perfect for me and I could not find that elsewhere. (now I think of it... I lost a fortune on that car Big Cry ) L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso
RRS TDV6 HSE Lux (MY2011)... Nara Bronze / Arabica - now gone!
