either clean, de-grease and paint them yourself (I did, not hard) or get a paint shop to do them.

You don't buy red callipers, you paint or powder coat them red.

there's loads on ebay....just search "brembo decals", if you have a new RRS they callipers are smaller than previous so you want the 50mm ones, unless you have a SC then these have bigger callipers |
