Saw the powereed tailgate on the Evoque and most commented that it was a welcome option. Never used the split tailgate upper option and agree for others using the boot it is confusing.

Even road driving with my A4 I struggled with paddles at roundabouts etc when I needed a gear change -fiddly. After going to the LRE I would agree that the paddles would be no good when the steering wheel is turned - noticed the RRS at the LRE didnt have the paddle option fitted - they know whats the best (safest?) option!!! I always use the upper tail gate - possibly one of the most useful feature ever - especially when just dropping work case in. If you cant use the split boot should you really be driving As for paddles - i have them LRE eastnor has them...they are fiddly, cool but the gear stick is better Mike 2014 Facelift Discovery |
