Bought my 2008 Sport HSE from them about 3 weeks ago now.

Had some issues with the car, electrical and condition wise also.

Guy Salmon stepped up to the mark and have sorted out the problems and compensated me for the inconvenience caused as well.

The people I dealt with were:
Simon, the sales chap who sold me the car, very nice and easy to deal with, always returns phone calls promptly and helped in sorting my problems to the extent of driving from Bristol to Swindon to collect my car on his day off.

Dave the Sales Manager, despite looking like he is only 12 years old and should be running to school with a satchell on his back he is a top bloke and done all the things he promised to do on the car to make the purchase right for me. A1 service.


Colin the dealer principle helped out and sorted the compensation side of things and made sure I had a brand new car to drive while mine was off the road.


Would I use them again, Yes of course I would. They never argued about sorting anything, were upfront and wanted to get everything sorted for me. I would be happy to use them again, although the servicing and any future issues that need to be sorted under warranty will be done at TH White due to the fact they are just up the road and Guy Salmon is 40 miles away.

Bristol are my local LRMD now. Never had a problem with them.
