Bought my ipad 1, imac and macbook pro from Apple and they are first rate for customer service but wanted ipad 2 the week of release and only Pcworld had stock so thought Apple product - what can go wrong....

I know the feeling. I always want things at launch. I got mine off someone who charged me £150 to wait in the queue...it was worth it......
