Ah right. So you would wash your car as normal, leather it off and then apply this quick detailer yes?

Elite car care are good......get Elite's own snow foam, quick Detailer you can get from Halfords, either Meguiars or Auto Glmn. Must get a drying towel and never use a leather or blade to wipe dry.....

Try this guy - Del

http://www.quickdetailer.co.uk/

I buy mine from him it's good stuff! 10min cleaning and your P&J will look like it just drove out the show room!

The tyre stuff he dose is good it makes them look like new - just spray it on and leave it to dry. Also the wheel cleaner no water needed just spray it on it removes break dust, wipe it off wheels look great!

Used to spend hours washing, leathering then polishing - now just spray wipe over and buff - easy

Ok fellas, i'm impressed with this stuff but some more questions if you don't mind?? This detailing lark interests me.

So.......... i'm about to buy a pressure washer, a Nilfisk, but for now lets not go into best makes of pressure washers. The said PW comes with a foam lance, so this is the first question. I have read that some of the supplied foam lances are no good for snow foam, because??????????

I have seen snow foam for sale in 1ltr bottles or 25ltr containers. Roughly how much would need to be used for one wash on the range???????

Finally, the qd.....so after washing the car, i then don't bother drying it with a leather i just spray it on the wet car and kinda dry it off????

This is the type of snow foam gun, loads on ebay around the £50 mark,go for ph neutral foam though. The Meguires qd that I use is applied after drying with a micro fibre towel.

Just had an after thought,if you are going to get into the detailing side on your car,I would recomend giving it a good clay bar before applying any polish or wax,you will be amazed at the difference that will make Thumbs Up
