Looking at the age consensus, with 30 i am one of the younger ones - I feel flattered Martin, that you go out of your way to protect me from R-rated language -

All jokes aside, i do appreciate Martin editing/restricting language - if one is upset/frustrated, there are better ways to get rid of frustration - such as driving an RRS on the highway

However I also think that the poster should be given another opportunity to highlight any genuine pitfalls/negatives about the dealership in question, so that we can all benefit from it.

As long as the language is 'safe' and no lies are printed, poor customer service deserves to be highlighted.
