My beloved Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE recently came up to it's 3 year anniversary. I have never previously kept a car for more than 3 years for fear of something major going wrong, and to be frank, they can start to look a bit tatty after 3 years no matter how well you look after them.

So - I had 2 choices - trade it in for a new 3.0 TDV6 or get all the scratches, paintowrk etc repaired and have it detailed and professionally done out inside and get an extended warranty on it. I opted for the latter!

I had all scratches and chips done first, then shipped it off to a great car detailer called Autodetail - a guy called Glynn O'Donnell based in North Yorks. He spent 2 days on it with 2 men - took wheels off, inside wheel arches were like new when he'd done, egine bay was spotless, the paintwork was immaculate, inside pretty much felt like a new car.
