Pre RRS I had an e270 CDi Avantgarde estate, really comfortable and a great place to sit.

Not a patch on the RRS though, even if it did have a tonne of convenience features the RRS should really have

Thanks Nick I've gone for a E250 Estate in white with panoramic roof & tints. I have to admit I'm not very excited about it as I still think the RRS is the better car but I'll be saving near £500 a month on the deal I got and the extra mpg, cheaper road tax and free servicing. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Well I sold mine as you know and now have a Z4.... You can't get a bigger change than that. I miss the RRS yes, but having something a little different is good sometimes. Now I am not saying you should swap in the lovely Mrs VA for a Thai Bride, but you know what I mean!! Laughing

Know what you mean Big Cry

Perhaps we could have a sub-forum Question

Is the domain "How to cope in the after-life" available

Nooooooooo problemo after D3 as main car. 45mpg at first fill up, free 5 year servicing, £110 tax, half the insurance costs and a great long hauler, plus not worried about it shutting down on the M6 with a Scania badge getting closer & closer! Still got my D3 as an offroader but glad to be back in a proper car. Mr. Green Mr. Green
