Used values dropped to all time low?

I fancy a TDV8 so thought I'd see what my '05 68k V6 is worth by "the uk's favourite car buyer"

So surely I can get into a 2008 V8 for about £20k then?!!!

I don't get them at all, when I bought my HST back in Feb they were offering £1k MORE than what I paid for it

The Sport is always going to fetch it's strongest money in the Winter but these guys really seem to take the

I had a 911 a couple years ago which I needed to sell due to the imminent birth of our first child, I checked the guys and they offered £18k, I sold it on Pistonheads within 6 hours for £33k

Chancers, there should be laws against it really

it's their business model - they adjust what they want and what they dont on the fly, keeps them nimble and able to shift what is hot and avoid what is not. A month ago the market was on fire for used RRS's, that brought out supply (perhaps too much) and satisfied demand. So currently they are out of fashion, give it a few months and it will flip-reverse again! ============

Apologies to all you sellers but I'm hoping this trend continues to July when I'll be looking to get a TDV8. I was going to go along to the action last week to have a look at a Black 1st edition supercharged with only 23K on the clock ......the price it went for - £14,600

You wouldn't even worry much about the MPG at that price!

We Buy Any Car pray on the desperate plain and simple, the sad state of affairs is they survive as a business purely down to the fact that there are so many people in the same position and simply feel they have to take what they can for the car as a get out clause.

While the unfortunate are still finding themselves in these positions then WBAC will continue to do a thriving business

They used to offer good prices on the website and when you turned up they would knock thousands off and hope you were desperate enough to sell. After lots of bad press and investigations they have been forced to offer more realistic prices on the website compared to what they actually offer. Only any good for someone really desperate!
