Sky customer service

Sky have just barred our phone from making outgoing calls as we have exceeded some unknown monthly limit. Its not good enough that we have paid by direct debit for 11 years without any problems - they've just blocked all outgoing calls without telling us.

Spoke to 4 people at Sky yesterday - from my mobile - to be told it will take 72 hours to be reconnected, no exceptions.

What a way to run a business. W*nkers!

Got my MAC code from them at the same time and have just now moved back to BT. FF 4.4 V8 Soooo looking forward to this bad boy
Ex 2006 RRS SC - garbage

Ex 2014 320d X Drive, M Sport Touring - ok I guess
Ex 2007 RRS TDV8 - bloody loved it

You've exceeded your monthly limit..... do people still use house phones???
The most annoying thing is when multi national firms give crap customer service, it winds me up. Smile

Bradders,
I've got a BT WIFI router with a free VOIP phone handset for the kids to use at night after 6.00pm.
They try to charge you about £80 for the handset but cave in if you ask really nicely Thumbs Up
As Foxy says very rarely use the landline now for outgoing calls so just pay the bare minimum BT line rental with no add ons,use my work mobile and Skype for everything else. MY2011 HSE Santorini/Ivory/Piano Black/Privacy Glass/TV .Sadly gone.

Chris is after 7pm

I wasn't told and noticed the call cost on my bill, but managed to claim back my £15 of call charges from BT with a 10 min rant at them Thumbs Up
