RRS How fold rear seats ALL the way down

Ok.... I feel like a dunce. Just got my new RRS 2011. I can't fold down the rear seat ALL the way down. They don't even lock half way. I followed the manual. Just called road side assist and they will send someone to help. Surely it can't be that hard.

I pull the rope or pull the lever and push down. It just gets levers forward. The bottom seat cows not slide ..... Ahhhhhh

Have you moved the front seats forward to get the rear seat backs flat? MY2011 HSE Santorini/Ivory/Piano Black/Privacy Glass/TV .Sadly gone.

Just work it out. Bottom portion of seat up and over first .... Then back rest.
