£44,000 documented current engine build at RB Motorsport
£60,000 worth of other invoices included in History Folder

What I never understand is why people spend all this money on a car, plus the cost of the car on top just to make it look different, crazy money for the odd trophy or centre spread in a glossy car mag Confused

The engine alone cost a fair whack and the cost of performance parts nowadays are a fortune(to get it right). It really does shift tho lol. The thing is to some people its a bit of an addiction when they start seeing bhp figures going up all of a sudden they want more, i bought the car the way it was as i couldnt be bothered leaving my cars with the tuners while things were getting done. The bodykits are probably the same price as the Khan or Overfinch its the cost of getting them sprayed and fitted that stings you. On the Skyline you can spend money till your heart is content there are cars out there running over 1000hp

I bet it can get to be an addiction, must be a fun car to drive on the track Shocked

my bother in law imported his Toyota Supra Twin Turbo which had a little bit more kick than standard when he moved back to the UK from Japan, kept it for a while until the points started totting up and sold it for a tidy profit

All that power is ok if the car can handle it......... A couple of summers ago I was minding my own business driving home from Stirling in my RRS TDv8 and a set of dazzling headlights appeared in the mirror rapidly catching up on me. Due to on coming traffic the driver was unable to overtake me but sat about a foot back from my rear bumper. We got to a roundabout and he tried to overtake on the approach and realised he was n't going to get passed before the traffic islands and got even more upset.

I drove onto the round about and suddenly the Skyline was no longer behind me, it was facing the wrong way, don't know what he had done but he had lost it big time. I drove on and there was the Skyline storming toward me, then it passed in a haze of flapping body panels and loud exhaust. About 4 miles on I came to a dip in the road on a long fast straight and there was the Skyline driver picking up spoilers and body add-ons that had fallen off when he landed after what I can only assume was some unintended flight............................... right in front of a mobile speed trap. I've since seen the same car around Stirling and Larbert and it seems to be shedding more skirts and spoilers 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW
