Khan Supercharged RRS

I have been offered an 06 RRS 4.2 Supercharged khan edition wit 89k miles is there anything i should look out for, do these cars really drink the fuel?

Anyone have or owned a supercharged info would be great.

What would be a rough price guide for this car?
