As for the waste of a set of Stormers as Winter Wheels...... Well I would normally agree.... but, when I said I got a good deal I REALLY mean a VERY VERY GOOD DEAL So actually I'm very happy with what I've got out of it & I think the car looks great with both sets of wheels ...which is a nice bonus

I'll probably get the Original 20"s refurbed now before putting the new summer rubber on them, and one thing I do know for sure is that rubber WON'T have Continental stamped on it!

Damn, saw this thread too late before it went all "emperors new clothes"!!! , well I think it looks just fine on the stormers!! I have always thought they were the best wheel for the rrs, and when it came to getting new wheels I had the choice of these or the originals , both had contis, for £1350, and plumper for the stormers- I think the multispoke ones look too weedy! Also, round here all the new ones have those wheels, and most old gen ones have other styles, either v or y spoke, so mine looks kind of unique!
You are right about the contis, just changed this week to Goodyear excellence, car is much more stable in standing water and hopefully milage will be a bit better!

Too late also probably, but Stormers still do it for me, regardless of it being a new gen...

I love the Stormer design but on this occasion I have to agree they make the car look "older"
