I have TPMS on my MY2011 which works fine with the original wheels, and when I put different wheels on (winter tyres) I do not get a permanent warning. On start-up it just flashes a warning notice for a few seconds saying TPMS not working with no permanent warning light on the dash.

Brilliant, many thanks! The show is back on the road!

I've just been and checked and all I get is "Warning - tyre pressure monitoring unavailable" in the centre of the instrument panel for a few seconds. No warning light to dazzle or annoy so enjoy.

I have noticed other things mentioned before (although none spring to mind right now) of things people have complained about or wished for, and I've thought to myself hey I've got that in my MY2011. So it does look like Landrover do take notice of what buyers want or don't want in their vehicles. Being my first RRS I cannot compare any of the earlier models against mine.

I should point out everything above refers to the HSE model only, the one that has TV as standard. Laughing

Belgium 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Buckingham Blue

when changing my 20" wheels for my 19" or vice versa I get the light on the dash but after a few km they get registerd and the light goes out.
I get a warning message on the info panel which goes away but there is an orange light that is constantly lit when a module is not working or wheels that don't have TPMS are fitted, that was why I bought the second set of sensors for my 19" wheels, my car is an 08MY TDV8 HSE ... also with TV and RSE Razz
The module does not fit all LR wheels, on some the valve hole is too deep and narrow, you can not get the nut on the valve to tighten against the wheel.

I have a spare/broken one laying around in the garage if I find it I'll post a pic Sons of dogs come hither and get flesh
