Hi All,

Has anyone dealt with this dealer ? They told me six weeks ago they would order tail lights due to condensation, then nothing. I called four times with promises of a return call, nothing. Then spoke with the service controller who said he knew nothing about it. I took pictues and sent them in having been told the lamps were now ordered.
Still waiting a week later for a call to say they have them.
Are they worth bothering with or should I go elsewhere ?????

Try a run along the motorway to Pentland or up to Stirling to Morrison's Land Rover at J9 on the m9 - you may find though it's quicker to buy from Britparts if the factory hasn't got any stock. I find Morrisons at bannockburn usually get parts in for me within 3 days 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Thanks to you both for your replies. The lamps are being replaced under warranty. But this will be the last visit to Taggarts.
Happy to visit any dealer as long as the service is good !

I've had my RRS in here ever since I bought it from the Midlands area last January. Have to say mate I've had no problems with them. EPB changed under warranty then service and MOT done about 6 months later and no problems either time. Dont blame you for going else where if your getting messed around mate, but just thought I'd throw my tuppence worth in.
