Start engine

Hi,
every time, when I start the engine of my RRS TDIV8, the light on dashboard for the glows off, but the engine many times, don't turn.
I must wait 15/20 second for start the engine.
It's correct?
it's the first time that happens to me, in a diesel car of this time, because I have other diesel car, but I haven't this problem.
The start engine is immediately
I don't now.

Hi Norberto,
Sounds like the glow plug heating delay which is completely normal to aid combustion and starting the engine. MY2011 HSE Santorini/Ivory/Piano Black/Privacy Glass/TV .Sadly gone.
