Rear N/S knocking - is it bushes?

I have had a knocking from the rear for a few months and Guava in Guidlford can't work out what it is. I had a burnt out air compressor changed today and hoped that may be the cause - but it wasn't.

I'm kind of getting frustrated with Guave as I seem to keep having to ask questions. I think that are fed up with my troublesome RRS.

Anyone else getting a rear knock? Is it worn bushes?

That was the first thing I checked - twice! I have tugged and bashed anything that I think will move but no joy.
