2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

But it worked fine 2 months ago! All I want it to do is connect without entering the pin everytime. I am not worried about the phone book etc!

Trouble is Apple will blame the car kit and the dealers blame Apple! And we are the ones that get left with the problem!

My Iphone4 connects 'sometimes' which is even weirder (57 reg HSE).

And it never asks for the pin when it hasn't connected. I just have to go to Settings>General>Bluetooth and press 'LandRover' which is still listed under devices and it connects without asking for a PIN??? IT BUGS ME!!!!

Off topic, anyone know how I can tell what year my SatNav was last updated on (if updated at all since purchase)?

Is the main dealer going to sort an update out for re-entering the pin?

Update -

New phone kit module fitted, all working ok now. Dealer said no software update available would help so they changed out the module. There are 2 types - exchange replacement and new, the exchange is £140 cheaper and works fine!

I was a bit of a battle though, 2 visits and many phone calls but worth it in the end. I now have my iPhone 4 on 4.3.2 and my wife has a new iPhone 4 white and they both work!!

Got D3 done through wiggs D3side, as above. Reflashed module and all was well with the world after that. Thumbs Up
