I done the Land Rover Experience at Dunkeld in a RRS and loved every minute of it.

Reminds me of driving past the Mercedes World offoad course and SWMBO saying "the Jazz would easily do most of that!".

These guys are just down the road from me................... I'll see if I can find out more. I would be interested to know how they got permission to use the local land for offroad driving because most of the land round here is owned by pension funds and private forestry companies and they won't allow any 4x4's onto their land. FE also are totally negative to any leisure use of the forests around Gartmore - these days they don't even let horse & riders in, only walkers and mountainbikers 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

BTW, if anybody wants to come and drive the same routes as these guys use then TOMORROW 20th March the Scottish Green Road Club has it's first ever meet up starting from the Aberfoyle carpark at 10:30 - an RRS will cope well with the forest tracks but you will get it muddy with all the big puddles! I'll be there with one or other of the cars, but probably the 90. The route will be to proceed north through the forests to the foot of Ben Lomond and then take the private shooting roads over the back of Ben Lomond and down to a remote cottage on the east shore of Loch Lomond, about 3 miles north of Rowardennan and only acessible by 4x4's. No special tyres or adaptions are necessary, just a 4x4, warm dry clothes, picnic, enough fuel to get you there and back and £10. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
