I think the problem is not how long it actually takes but how long the book says they should charge which are 2 completely different things.

A couple of hours to strip a door to replace a latch doesn't sound a rip off to me, and rear suspension bushes could run into days |

2 hours to do 1 door is excessive.....10 mins max to remove door panel then 20 minutes max to get to the latch to get to the latch...always quicker to put back together...1hr max |

Thats what they do in my local Rover workshop......it makes sense. I was also told that when new bushes have been pressed into the swinging arm they have a tendency to work loose. Anyone care to add to that? |

So, 2 hours for 2 doors would not be so unreasonable, Foobar? L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso RRS TDV6 HSE Lux (MY2011)... Nara Bronze / Arabica - now gone! |
