I thought these things were tied to the car its programmed too, so if you have used it, it will only work on your car

will bluefin also honour the guarantee they offer (damage cover) on a sold on second hand unit

As the unit is less than 12 months old they will honour guarantee.
Maybe you could telephone then to clarify 01280 816781.
I have reset it so there is no programme on it at the moment.
The only restriction is that you cannot programme more than one car - has to be reset before being able to be re-programmed.

Bluefin are quite open and will transfer the units between owners and will cover the new installation under their warranty as long as the new owner carries out the initial download from their car and sends to Bluefin. This was offerred to me on change of car a while back.

There is of course a Transfer Charge but thats acceptable. Now - MY11 RRS Autobiography TDV6, Orkney gray, tints, steps, daylight running lamps and allllll the toys!!!

i don't have the RRS so im not interested i just like asking questions for others

but does it work on all RRS's TDV6, TDV8, the new 3.0 SDV6 (is it a sdv6 on the RRS or just D4)
