Hi Folks

Since its a free listings weekend on ebay I thought I might try and sell my HST side vents for the highest amount possible.
What do you think I should start the listing price at though, I have no idea what they are worth???

They came from my 08 HST TDV8 and were removed when the car was 6 months old and look like new, the only thing I can see looks different from any other side vent is the fins and back mesh is made of a different plastic, a chrome effect, the outer edge is the same colour of plastic as the bumper inserts, looks lighter in colour than supercharged ones.

FYI Daz those are not HST side vents, but supercharged/ TDV8 side vents.

daz these are not hst vents the hst ones are chrome these look like standard hse vents

Mate, trust me it was a HST that I know the history from the day it left the main dealers!

have a look on ebay for hst vents they are chrome with a mesh grill i have these on mine these were never part of the hst package they were an add on so if your car come from the factory as a hst then it will only have the standard vents on it as you have the genuine hst vents were a dealer add on

These chrome jobbies are what I understand to be HST side vents....

Does anyone know whether these are a direct replacement fit for standard 09 HSE side vents?? I'm 99.99% sure they are but any additional confirm would be great?

Daz - if they are a fit and if you'd be interested in saving yourself the bother of ebay bidding/listing etc. I'd give you £60 for them (and I'd cover the postage to Edinburgh if you'd be willing to package/box them)??

Ah so its right in saying thee are genuine factory fit HST ones......since they were fitted at the factory to my HST but not after-market dealer fit BLING ones!

That just about says it all then.... the ones everyone think of as HST vents are optional extras probably sold to non HST owners to BLING them up

This confused me for a bit, but if you look at the cover of the actual sales brochure these are the vents fitted to the HST -

If you google HST all the image results have these vents also?

I've not seen a HST for sale with the Chrome one's either?

The first edition RRS hst has the steel chrome plated one's that most people are getting confused about.
Later they then changed to the ones above  V8 - HST Supercharger ..... The only way forward !

Mines a factory HST and it has the same hst vent that daz is selling  TDV8 HST STORNOWAY ON A 58
