Hi all

I noticed tonight that my 2005 S/C only has one puddle light (the light in the underside of the door mirror cover) and its on the passenger side, is that right?.

If anything id have assumed it to be in the drivers mirror since it will be the most used side of the RRS?

I'm now wondering if i have had a replacement and somebody went cheap on it?

I have just fitted my colour coded mirror caps (top half) so i hope i dont need to peel it off again

Don't know but would sound like as you've said it's been replaced at some point.

Guess i need to find a replacement with the puddle light in then, why would somebody save a few lousy ££ doing this sort of thing on a car circa £30k + assuming it was done in the past year or 2

Anyone know the part number for the mirror unit on an 05 S/C with powerfold, memory, heating & puddle light ?

Rang LR dealer for a price and got quoted £166 inc VAT but he wont share part numbers

Carlos, according to this page, the part number is CRB502443PMA (RH) or CRB502453PMA (LH).

I think the puddle light is for the Supercharged, not sure though.

How do you know which has all the features i need from that site?. There are several different part numbers shown under the item number 17682A.

Mine should be power fold, heated, memory & puddle light.

I referenced the web site against a copy of Microcat, the web site has the diagram but not the full description.

The full description on Microcat for CRB502443PMA is "Mirror Assy, RH, Supplied without mirror glass, with powerfold mirror, with memory mirror, with approach lamp"

None of the possible descriptions in Microcat list heating so I assume that this is standard and a feature of the mirror glass.

Hope this helps, I am no expert, best to confirm with a dealer tomorrow though.

Ok Really confused, what model/year RRS sport has puddle lights (or should have them) in the mirrors?

Mine is a 57 HSE TDV6 and hasnt got them.

i think its only the supercharged as someone mensioned i asked a similar question
