According to LR sources, the 5.0 S/C comes off the production line at 600bhp and is hauled back to 510 for the RR/RRS/Jags. They have kept something back for something a little special perhaps? L322 Big Daddy SUPERCHARGED 5.0 Autobiography - Here & Now!

Everything has to be toned down to balance durability. Remember that our engines need to opperate in the desert or Artic Circle at 45deg angles from stock, as well as the 0-60 sprint or cruising from London to Montecarlo 4-up!

Mis, TBH the RRS impresses me more, however I think it's more to do with the Hot Hatch feel when in Adaptive Dynamics Mode.... it turns it into a real animal!
