the camber on UK roads will obviously tend to make a car drift to the left.

Uneven wear on front tyres ??? Try swapping them back to front.

My MY08 started to pull to the left all of a sudden... Had the alignment checked numerous times. Dealer and Land rover claimed it was road camber, yet this was on roads where previously there had been no issue and the roads had not been resurfaced.

My 'previous MY10 TDV8 did exactly the same. Dealer tried a few things but discounted the problem due to 'road camber'. After driving on a motorway for an hour or so my arm used to ache from correcting the constant left pull and the NSF tyre was showing uneven wear. Still nothing was done as it was a 'feature of the vehicle'.
