Will changing the bulb in rear indicator remove orange look?

Hi all

Anyone know if changing the bulbs in the rear light indicator section from the standard to the chrome type that flash amber will remove the orange look of the lense ?.

I am going to do this on the front indicators and wonder if id get the same result at the rear aswell?

Thanks

Carl

Someone will confirm 100%

But as far as I was aware the orange colour is from the lens itself. So the bulb will do squit. 08MY HSE 3.6 TDV8 Stornoway Grey, Twisted performance cat back... and shed loads of extras!!!

The lens itself is amber on the earlier rear lights; clear from MY09, LED from MY10 iirc ...

The orange lens can be removed, carefully working from the bulb hole.
There is a description somewhere, but basically you break the lens with a sharp tool, then break it into parts small enough to be extracted fro the hole using long nose pliers, being careful on not to scratch the chrome finish or the clear lens. '08 RRS TDV8
