Hi Carlos

Had a look in my car earlier and I would think that the best bet would be to see if there is any connector under the cubby box. On mine it looks like the connector to the cable is a moulded part with a cable running under the storage box. I would imagine that this cable is not terribly long and that it connects to something under the box/within the central console. If it is not the connector to the cradle which is sending the fault to the head unit, possibly it would be another connection inbetween?

Hi carlos, just seen this on ebay, it might give you an indication of how long the wires are etc

Yeah ive seen that too, actually asked the seller about dismantling the cubby box to get it unplugged but he only knew how to strip the whole console out.
