My dealer has just told me that my car has or is just about to be built - he was away to check, but he probably won't get back to me until tomorrow but I'm impatient lol. Anybody any ideas how long it will be before it is delivered if it has just been built?

As an aside, I noticed that when I configured my build it came out as about £2k more expensive (mostly VAT) but metallic paint is no longer standard on the HSE. 3.0 SDV6 HSE Dynamic, Corris Grey with contrast Santorini Black Panoramic Roof, lunar interior, privacy glass, upgraded Meridian system, cooled 18 way front seats, heated steering wheel, adaptive xenons, large screen wash bottle.

Gone: 3.0 TDV6 HSE, Santorini Black, Ivory/Lunar interior, grand black lacquer finish, HK Logic 7.1 Surround, Privacy Glass, Adaptive Xenons, heated steering wheel.

Gone: Jaguar XF Luxury, Pearl Grey, Dove Interior

You'll be looking at about end of march, early April now....

I haven't just ordered it, ordered it back at the end of November. you should see it in about 3 to 4 weeks, its annoying that the cars sit in a compound for weeks waiting on transport when it is just a few hours down the road!! take it from me, these will be the longest weeks of your like! (how many times have you thumbed throught the brochure in the last few days,LOL!)
