Land Rover customer service are the worst i have ever come across, they could not even spell customer or service |

Thats a tough one, three months out of warranty is quite a bit, but 54k for a turbo is not good. You might want to seek some legal advice. I've had stuff go wrong just out of warranty in the past, usually eletronics (TV's sky boxes etc) and find if you make a loud enough noise for long enough they will normally meet you half way. Not sure how LR think you are unloyal if you've had all of your servicing and MOTs done by LR dealers. I have to agree that the RRS are pretty rubbish in reliability terms when you consider the price they demand and some of the systems are so behind the times (Like WTF is with the parking sensors not muting the radio etc) but I knew about their problems before I bought. All that aisde there is just something a little special about them. I was told not to buy one and go for an Audi Q instead. Ok the Q's are nice and well kitted out but I wouldnt swap my RRS for a Q if you paid me to |
