Perrys ? and Turbo Centre...

Hey Fellow RRS Fans! Owners!

Has anyone had any experience with Perrys or Turbo Centre?
Seen two cars - one at each dealer and keen to get the ball rolling... so to speak...!

Hey big DJ, the one that I'm referring to is LandRover in Copley - owned by the Perry's Group?

I have been taking various Land Rovers to Copley, Halifax for the last 9 years.

The Service Department is first rate. Speak to Lesley, she will look after you. The mechanics vary but the head mechanic Ian is excellent and knows his stuff and will happily talk tech with you.

I buy all my parts from their Parts department, again excellent service and I generally get a discount.

I tend not to go there for Sales as I use Perry's in Huddersfield, I always get a better deal from Gareth at the Huddersfield branch even though they are part of the same group.

Highest recommendation. Thumbs Up

The Chairman Ken Savage used to look after their sponsorship of this site, however from memory it was promoting the Luton Branch. May be worth searching for Perrys in the members listing and sending a PM?

I use both on a regular basis, nearly bought a D4 from them a while back. However, they are just like every other dealership, they make mistakes and unless you get a top technician then service can be mildly sloppy. That said, for sales i would definately use, for warranty, yes, service - not any more, Parts - TLO. However, if i was to be buying new, then i guess Lookers Park Royal would be the route

Ken does frequent this site from time to time.

I know of several who have dealt with Perry's for their RRS and all have been very positive about the service. HSE TD6 (Java Black/Ivory)

Turbo Centre have lots of RRS and pretty good cars - and they can fit extras etc...and they offered me a good price on my p/ex before I got this RRS - worth a try just by the fact they always seem to have a lot of cars in stock and can fit entertainment etc etc...
