Newbie, looking for advice... | |
Hi all, new guy here - we all have to start somewhere though !
Ok, i have fancied a RRS for a while now, and as I have seen the facelift, and must admit I'm impressed, combined with the current inclement weather, I'm beginning to believe a 4x4 could be a wise investment.
Few questions:
1. I like at the top of a hill, parts of it are at a 30 degree incline, on a corner too - do you think the RRS would make it up that on snow? How about on wheeltracks which have turned icy?
2. Would winter or mud and snow tyres be required?
3. Is the centre rear diff which I see as an option a recommended add if I really want to stay mobile in these conditions?
And finally, what essentially is the big difference between SE and HSE spec - its not obvious from the Irish websites.....
Looks like a great site, hope to be spending some time here in the very near future
