Guava should be kept as a close guarded secret as the more people you tell will only extend booking times, For example they are now booking from february almost 2 months. However Tim and will are definitely an exception to the Main dealers customer service.

My RRS is in there today and I have the wonderful silver Rover loaner. Will has kept me informed on the warranty work and a better customer service would be hard to find. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

It Could have been worst (You could of had the yellow one)

My Car is going in tomorrow for an engine management light and low coolant warning message (Mine is just out of warranty so i don't think i will be as lucky as you. I better ring my mortgage company to set up a second mortgage oh and buy tim and will a btotle in whisky(It might do the trick)
