Wanted RRS S/C

Hi, i currently have a disco 4 and golf r32, i am thining of swapping the r32 for a supercharged RRS.

I am looking at around the £20k-ish mark for a car with less than 60k miles on. There are a few on autotrader around this price.

Any leads would be appreciated

Thanks.

Simon

Simon,

If you are still looking, I may have an option for you: an 05 S/C with 41k miles, FLRSH, Java Black with Ivory Leather, Land Rover Warranty Until July 2011. BUT I am looking for around 23k.

Let me know.

Thanks.

That's a steal, i paid more for my 05 S/C without LR warranty. It is a First Edition and only had 28k miles on so I was prepared to but that's still a great price. If your serious about a S/C (you will love it if you get it) and if I were you id buy it.

The First Edition cars seem to fetch a bit more than standard so id say it would counteract the warranty somewhat.

The market for RRS is hot right now whereas all the sports cars aren't getting any interest, in 2 months that will change a bit. £23k is possibly £1k too light in my opinion if its a proper car.

Try pistonheads, if your looking for a serious buyer that may be the place.

Little chance of that, even higher miles examples are fetching over 20k

£23/24k would get you a decent one id expect less than that and youve gotta gonna start compromising, colour, higher miles, different engine, CAT D/CAT C.

Have to concur with the above. Got my MY06 RRS SC First Edition 3 months ago (Java, Ebony, FLRSH).

2 previous owners and 64K but excellent inside and out, cost 22K.

If anything they've gone UP in price due to weather/short supply ....

That's a good deal on an 06 First Edition, i paid a few £k more for mine but then it only had 28k miles when i got it. I didn't realise they did FE in 2006?

No LR warranty though and a duff Bluetooth LOL.

LOL mine also had no LR Warranty and a duff PTI Module - latter now remedied Smile

Registered September '05, believe it's a MY06 vehicle but not sure? Ideally I would've preferred one with mileage more akin to yours but it drives superbly and looks great + I won't be putting too many miles on so all good!

We have an 07 plate 4.2 SC HST with 40k miles due in within the week, in Rimini Red with Ivory and Rear Seat Entertainment. We supplied it last time so know the car well. Will be up for £31900 but if it's pre-sold then we would take £29900.

I appreciate it's more expensive, newer, an HST and an unusual colour combo, but thought I'd mention it.
