RRS S/C or the TDV8

What is the difference between those two? Which one would you rather get. Does the TDV8 drink less fuel than the S/C. I want to hear all about it. 91 BMW 850CSI

I have had 2 TDV8's awesome engine, pretty good fuel and a really nice noice... now have the SC, omg what an awesome bit of kit... the face of some people away from the lights Rolling with laughter drinks fuel and oddly enough the TDV8 sounds more grunty Sad

SC all the way if you can justify the fuel Thumbs Up GONE** RRS 3.0SC Silver fully loaded Smile - 2020 110 loving it

Love the TDV8, lots of grunt and just fast enough, she will see most cars off the line but I have another S/C V8 for that kind of driving Twisted Evil
Economy is reasnoble with 9l/100km achievable on long runs, 11l to 12l/100km around town, and 13l/100km towing a 4tonne trailer.
Never driven the old or new S/C so cannot comment about them. I have done about 82,000km in 3 years with my TDV8 from -28c to +38c temps and from below sealevel to 2980m up in the Alps the engine has never missed a beat, though I did notice a bit of a lack of power when above the 2000m mark! Sons of dogs come hither and get flesh
