Just back from a trip out to pick up some spares for the son and on the way back at the end of a straight bit of road there is an oak tree laying flat and tyre tracks in the snow either side of it, no car there tho. 30 mins later the wife and I go out and head back along the same bit of road and low and behold at the fallen tree there is a blue Audi TT Quattro with its front end caved in, this time the ground is churrned up and dirt on top of the snow. looks like another victim to speed on ice.

I have noticed that most of you have the mudflaps. I have never seen them in person, but do they look that good? 91 BMW 850CSI |

Well I'm braced to have the micky taken, but I don't like using nice cars in bad weather. All the grit & salt doesn't do the paint work any good so this is the closest my 4x4's will get to the snow

Shame on you, If you use a decent polish and wax then salt and grit shoudn't pose a problem if you give it a good weekly wash. Now gone Orkney grey SDV6 HSE with body style kit contrast stitch ebony leather, privacy, black piano, 22" Lowenharts for summer, 20" with Leon LTZ for winter.
