United States 2011 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Bourneville
Anyone have experience with this company based in the UK?

Hi guys,

Looking to get a anigre wood wheel for my 2011 RRS SC and really like the looks of this wheel sold by Powerful UK but I need the heated version. Have sent them a couple emails and have yet to get a response.

Just bought the anigre shift knob from their eBay store so I'll guess we'll see how they perform on this item.

TIA.

An interesting looking item, actually. Please post some photos when you finally install it.

Never dealt with the company though, sorry. Vadim A.

I have used powerful uk and must admit they are excellent.

The items i bought were couriered to my home address but i never ereceived them (sometimes the couriers make no attempt to deliver as it is out in the country and therefore for some reason it becomes impossible to locate even though the sat nav takes you right to my house.) Further checking revealed through the DHL website that a delivery attempt was made and a card left, which is untrue.

I contacted powerful by telephone and the woman could not be more helpful, she confirmed that the parcel was infact back at there warehouse as it had been returned and she promptly arranged for it to be sent out by royal mail next day at my agreement.

I received the parcel next day with no extra charge for the return postage.

They are a pleasure to deal with and very reasonably priced too.

Yup, as above - I have purchased a few things from them, all of which have been perfect. They do seem to take a while to reply to an email if you are asking them something a bit different....probably just making sure they have their facts right before dropping themselves in it though.

I do remember e mailing them with my own spec of a steering wheel I fancied...sport grip, perforated leather sections, couple of carbon fibre sections etc......got a repy back telling me the configuration wasnt available, so I made an alternative choice - couple of months later - yup, my steering wheel appears on their website!! This looks great, am waiting for them to get them back in stock (for the MY10 it'll be new year now I think) but i have just received the gear knob in the Anigre wood finish. Looks superb (have taken a couple of iPhone pics but doesn't really come out very well).

I had an issue with the delivery - one of my warehouse lads signed for the parcel when we hadn't had it (so not Powerfuls fault at all) but they chased it with the courier and it eventually was found and delivered. The ladies at Powerful UK handled my knob problem very well! Embarassed Whistle Whistle RRS 3.0 SDV6 Autobiography Dynamic MY16 Firenze Red.

I've bought a steering wheel leather upgrade from them (on a swap basis) as well as some piano black trim parts. No problems at all.
