My car has been into Lookers Bishops Stortford twice recently. Fantastic service received both times. I had a small list of issues I needed fixing under warranty including the car not always starting first (or second) time. Everything is now resolved. It had to go back the second time as they ordered in a new start motor.

They were able to book me in at a days notice, I only had to wait a couple of days when I wanted a courtesy car (which they didn't charge me for) and they called when they said they would both to keep me updated and when they got the starter motor in. So much better than my experience with Lancaster Land Rover in Welyn who did none of those!

Little things impressed me too, the car was cleaned and there were two small bottles of Evian in the cup holders with a 'with compliments' tag on them which I thought was a great touch. WINNER - 2009 ‘Just Doing What It’s Designed To Do’ Award

Jeep 4.0 High Output XJ 94 6" teraflex lift, c/w rear coils, 9500lb winch, 35" TSL super swamper boggers, safari snorkel, custom made bumpers, tom woods custom double cardon driveshaft, twin electric fans. Don't follow it..............you wont make it. The first 4 x 4 by far.

gotta back you up on this matey, Craig over a LBS was a life saver, put it this way if i still had the car (see post in General) id take it back to him anytime, he got me out of a huge hole after i let a non main dealer change my brakes and disks for me
