Yeah, i would but I'd just renewed my policy when someone wrote off my old car so would lose remainder of policy (about ten months) if i changed. So, I'm tied til next year. RRS 3.0 SDV6 Autobiography Dynamic MY16 Firenze Red.

Guess you should just calculate the cost of the tracker + subscription and install and the balance of your insurance company vs a new policy with no tracker.... might still be cheaper to change Range Rover Vogue ‘17 TDV6

Just had one fitted to mine trafficmaster installation £ 399.00 then you can pay yearly subscription or I paid £ 350.00 payment then it covers for as long as you own vehicle. Free for 3 months speed camera warning.

I had to get one fitted for the my insurance. I got cobratrak first installed in mine, it cost £250 for install and is £139 subscription per year. When I compared with other insurance companies it was still much cheaper to go with the tracker plus you have that added comfort knowing it is tracked. My sport has been in the garage a couple of times and when the battery was disconnected I got a phone call straight away from cobra. I really can't recommend it enough, go for it. |

Problem these days is that most scumbags know where they are fitted and rip them out or jam them |

My insurance company insisted I had one. The dealer said it had to be the LR branded one, otherwise it could void the vehicle warranty; in all the excitement of buying a new car, I said yes. I think I might have been 'had' 14.5MY SDV6 HSE Dynamic Indus silver/lunar/ebony 20" wheels, InControl, full-size spare, electric tow bar, adaptive xenons, adaptive cruise control, auto main beam assist. Gone: TDV8 HSE; Zermatt silver/ebony, 19" off road alloys, active diff, particle filter, tow pack (it was fun) BMW 730D SE (great car, sadly missed). Ford Focus RS mk2, Ultimate green, lux pack 2, bluetooth. The start of my mid-life crisis.

Hmm, my dealer (Marshalls, Peterborough) said they don't even do trackers and refered me to a local independant.

I don't have one fitted but from looking a few years ago on a previous car I remember that there was different types of transmitter so check the details.

It is called Land Rover Watch: http://www.landrover.com/gb/en/lr/owners/s...ssistance/ I don't recall the cost, but it was expensive - more than I paid to have a Tracker fitted to my last car. Having looked at the website it states that it is covered by the LR warranty, but it doesn't say that fitting any other tracking device invalidates the warranty. But this same dealer refused to fit a 12v power supply to charge my phone, on the basis that it would invalidate the warranty. I think they're perhaps being a little over cautious... 14.5MY SDV6 HSE Dynamic Indus silver/lunar/ebony 20" wheels, InControl, full-size spare, electric tow bar, adaptive xenons, adaptive cruise control, auto main beam assist.
