Just wanted to say thanks again to the guys (Wayne, Stuart) for sorting out my problem in record time while i waited... and thanks to James for showing me the new 4.4 TDV8's

Woke up friday morning to a car which decided the front would stay in access height (suspension fault on the dash). Even the usual 'restart the car' wouldnt make it go away so popped into lookers in the afternoon and they had it sorted asap.

RRS Virgin.

Bought vehicle at auction, looked tight after being smart prepared by BCA.

Parked vehicle at home waiting for insurance to get tax, thought lets pop the hood and check all the levels.
After all it was done, dash was displaying bonnet open when it was closed thought oh no.
Rang Lookers who directed me to LRA.
LRA came and repaired the fault (50 mins from first call to job complete)

Contacted Lookers to book it in for a 30k service, vehicle collected on thursday from home after which received the dreaded call from the dealers , was asked if i ever had the HDC light come on asked why because its the first RRS that i have had so didn't have clue what they were talking about.

Wayne explained that the vehicle had lost power and the suspension had dropped, at the same time my mouth and arse dropped thinking that oh noooooo i have bought a lemon.

Wayne calmed me down and said he would look in to it.

Didn't receive a call on thursday, so called on friday morning Wayne said nothing to worry about everything has been sorted. I Asked whats the damage he said only the service costs.

Had the vehicle delivered back on friday evening washed and hoovered.
Over the moon from first call to Sarah and final call with Wayne, top quality.

If only all dealers were as good.

With FSH and balance of warranty.

Keep an eye out on the british car auction website.
The vehicles came from lombard asset managements.
I bought my one from Blackbush, the following week another two turned up in yorkshire both in black with approx 25k on the clock.
