For the last 3 years I have been working on a house called the Moonstone Project - I have designed and installed the complete electrical, av and automation systems in the house with an ECO perspective. It has now been shortlisted for the Homebuilding and Renovation 2010 House of the Year (eco bias)

Great to see finished pictures of this Kaine, I remember you posting early pictures. Is the house scalable down to normal sizes to still be energy positive? I presume water is from a well if there is no mains supply.

It is a great concept but I don't know if anybody else feels this but I find most of these eco/passive/low carbon houses to be totally soul-less and cold. I had to laugh at the one on Grand Designs last night with all the fancy penny pinching energy saver, low carbon etc,etc ideas and then they go and build a whacking great double garage for two large Hondas on the side and neither of them a hybrid.................. he must have been gutted not to have got anything back from his wind turbine too, nice garden ornament though, I'm sure the local wood pigeons love it as a roost 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
