How to remove door handles ?

I tried to search but nothing came up ,
Local bodyshop asked 250 bucks for removing them but I need to save money and do it my self
This video is quite helpful but I couldn`t remove the cap or the small piece as he explained

Is there certain maneuver to remove that small darn pieace ?

I have swapped my handles over recently - After watching the video, straight out to car & they as good as fell off with the technique shown?? There are 2 different types of handle remember - some are a moulded one piece affair, others are the removable skin..... Everybody is clinging on to their sanity….Some just hide it better than others….

Tried to remove them again ,failed ,last option now is to apply stick on skin
