dealer full geometry set up?
After changing my wheels from 18” to 20” I am getting a little tyre wear on the edge.
I have had the tracking done at my local tyre man but it has not improved it. The dealer has advised me to have a full geometry check/set up done.
Has anyone had this done by a dealer, if so what is it, or is it just dealer speak for wheel aliment which is what my local tyre guy does but a 3 times the cost.
Your comments please
Thanks

Had this done last year when I put on a new set of tyres. Cost around £210-220 before loyalty discount from my dealer. Wasn't out by much but I noticed the difference - apparently you need a specialist to do the alignmnet due to the 4x4, air suspension, dynamic response etc etc
Peace of mind for the next 25k miles knowing that everything is rolling true!

Here you can enter your postcode and get the nearest garage to you with a hunter KDS machine. This is the machine the delaers should be using to set up your geo and at a fraction of the price the dealer will charge you.
You will also be given a printout of the results afterwards.
