I sent some documents 1st Class to London on 18th August.................................. they hadn't arrived by 1st September so I had to get another set of papers last week. On Monday I got a message to say the original papers had just arrived at their destination...................... the replacement set cost £25 and because I requested a new set the originals are now invalid Cost me a further £5 to post the second set by secure post. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I've just ordered an Apple Power Book Pro for my son and its taken longer from Sheffield to Hathersage (8 miles) than it took from China to Sheffield, waited in until 6.30pm tonight having been assured 3 times it was out for delivery to finally get a call admitting they'd screwed up,snotty e-mail to UPS sent before I came home.
