WD-40 then wait. when you pull the metal slides up do not pull them up fully - they should be a 1/2 inch lower 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

so spray them with wd 40, wait for a few mins then just just dislodge them with the slides partially up?

I usually use a belt or something like that to help lifting the 4 metal thingys.... otherwise I just kill my fingers!!! Range Rover Vogue ‘17 TDV6
