Welcome to the forums Camel, all UK TDv8 HSE's come with winter pack and cool box as standard - the privacy and RSE were options though. There are a few non-LR cars with active rear diff, but it isn't a really popular option as not so many RRS owners buy their cars with the intention to take them seriously offroad. If you don't mind a Silver one with ebony leather, all the Land Rover Experience cars get it fitted and there will be a load of them coming on the market shortly when 2011 MY is freely available, although I'm not sure how many will be TDV8', more likely to be the excellent TDv6 3.0ltr version - you might even find one ready equipped with a Warn winch too. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I know all about electric winches and that they usually start to give off white smoke when you most need them, that's why I have a Mile Marker Hydraulic one on my 90 - might be a load slower than an electric one but it will keep pulling long after an electric one has given up the ghost! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Yes but it still only pulls in the one direction... i.e. further into the clag! It also adds the best part of 100kg forwards of the front springs... I prefer Tirfors myself. At least then, you can pull yourself out backwards. M |

Tirfors - one of the most under-rated pieces of kit a serious off-roader shouldn't leave home without. I've had mine over 20 years and it's never let me down and paid for itself 10 times over. |
