I like it. I am seriously considering Galway next time around. I once had an Epsom P38 when i lived in the USA and it looked great Thumbs Up Gone - 2008 Stornoway Grey RRS 2.7 TDV6

2010 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Galway Green

Cheers guys, loving it so far! The noise is great for a diesel and I've got paddle shift again which I've missed. The extra pull is really noticeable but there is more hesitation from stationary. Its not as bad as the 2.7 but with the 3.0 they have really sorted that out and pull away from standstill is instant.

Really liking the alloys and I'm looking forward to seeing the polished look of the green. Off to the coast in it tomorrow with the bikes in the back.

Adaptive cruise I've got mixed feelings about, its impressive experiencing it brake from 70mph to standstill with the car in front but it can brake quite hard and often in normal driving on the motorway which I don't like. I'm used to leaving a decent gap so I don't have to brake unnecessarily and now I'm conscious its constantly applying the brakes.

Still today it got left at home in favour of the Alfa Shocked . Could resist it in the sunshine! Cool WINNER - 2009 ‘Just Doing What It’s Designed To Do’ Award

Sequential Turbochargers on the 3.0 - Both run under load (pulling away) but with variable veins they spin up quicker.

Geek alert!! Embarassed

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Big Cry Now the wonderful 3.6 TDv8 is discontinued everybody wants one! and I believe good used ones don't even make it onto some dealer's forecourts Whistle
I don't know about the version in the 2010MY RRS, but the retuned and longer geared version in the 2010MY FFRR has next to no lag compared to my departed 2007MY TDv8 RRS and in local driving I have to really play at silly idiots to get the average fuel consumption to show less than 30mpg. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

Australia 2010 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Java Black

Saw a Galway Green PIkey Wagon today, it's quite a lot darker than the old Epsom Green.

I was quite tempted but since the election where the Green Party have become trendy and even have an elected MP, I am going to trade my efficient diesel for a V8 petrol just to Censored them off and not get a green one! Gone - 2008 Stornoway Grey RRS 2.7 TDV6

A very good looking car, my 2007mod is also green, but I think a little lighter.
But dose the new TDV8 come with the small breaks? I thought all the V8 came with the big brembo breaks.

Love the look, I upgraded to those 20 inch alloys early this year, within a week and courtesy of a few kerbs my wife had made them 18's. Look great though
