The F***IN Knocking is coming back AAAHHHHHH!!!!

Had really bad knocking front and rear on 08RRS. Had the problem fixed in April 10. Now it sounds like it's coming back. Front N/S. I've only done about 3k since fixed and the car hasn't been near a field or anything else resembling off-road. Anyone else had this reccuring problem???
